Newly improved carbon brush from a well-known Japanese company, reduces the pressure drop to no more than 0.7v, which is usually 1.5v for the similar product from other factory.

magnet wire

Germany imported magnet wire, with 20% reduced resistance than the usual type, which keeps the motor stays in a lower temperature and has a longer life.

magnetic tile

The armature is made of high performance permeable silicon steel DW470, which has low reluctance of magnetic circuit and high magnetic field intensity on the surface of the rotor. It makes the output of the motor more torsional, less heat, less loss and high efficiency.

Oil and grease

Specially adopted Oil and grease is developed in cooperation with a well-known Japanese company. It reduces the friction of movement to 0.05 at moving and 0.12 at stopping when the same industry is above 0.25.
