Workshop

Installation Method

1.if mount mast on vehicle,just need car clamps to fix. If mount on ground,fix the base and tripod with stainless steel stakes,

2.Determine the mounting position of telescopic mastif manual and motorized mast hitting one ground anchor per 120 degrees. If pneumatic mast in 90 degree to fix the Guy rope.

3.Mount lifting handle bar to raise up manual mast. If pneumatic or motorized, use air compressors/foot pump and motor. But if motorized one, hand crank also work.

Mast Operation Precautions

lNooverloading.

lEnsure the area in which the mast is deployed is free of obstructions and overhead power

lines.

lFor motorized mast :The crank handle of mastmust be disengaged when operated

electrically.

lFor pneumatic mast:DO NOT remove any of the exhaust valves in an attempt to retract the

mast quicker, this action removes control over the rate of decent.

lFor motorized mast:When operated manually, the motorized telescopic antenna mastmust

Bein a power off state.

lAny abnormal phenomena( such as inflexible or stuck)occurs when lifting, you should

stop it immediately,identify the reasons, and lift it after cleaning troubles.

lOperating environment requirements:

lworking temperature:pneumatic mast-15–+60℃.manual and motorized mast -50–+60℃.

lWind load: 50-80km/(without Guy rope ), 100-120Km/h( with Guy rope)

lNote: if special request, please confirm with our technician.

Maintenance

lWaterproof and dust proof cover should be put into outdoor storage

lIf there is a situation that is not smooth or obvious noise during lifting mast,add lubricating

oil to make sure inner Mechanical parts work well. Suggest to add oil to the mast every 2-3 month.

lRegularly check the connection parts in normal condition.

lChange seals easily on regular time can make mast in good using conditions after

using 20thousand times.
