Each EP Mini Gearhead features an all-steel equipment train, stainless steel casing, and aluminum front and back flanges for optimum durability. Each component of the gearbox is usually precision machined to exacting tolerances before getting assembled in to the final reducer. The effect is a gearhead that can accept input boosts to 6,000 rpm and offer high output torques with reduced backlash.
