3) ThediametertolerancezoneofinputandoutputshaftisH6,theholesoffittings (suchascouplings,belt-pulley,sprocketwheelandsoon)mustproperlymatetheshaft,whichpreventsbearingfrombreakagebecauseofover-loosemate.

4) Driverssuchassprocketwheelandgearmustbefittedclosetobearingsinordertoreducebendingstressofhangingshaft.

5) WhileassemblingmotorofWPDreducer,itisnecessarythatproperamountofbutterappliestothewarmshaftinputholeand keyway,avoidingassemblingtootightlyandrustingafterusingforalongtime.

6) WhenorderingorusingallkindsofWPDtype,ifthemotorweightisbingerthanthecommon, supportingsetisrequired.
